Why is there a surcharge when I select a specific or preferred timing?
The delivery surcharge for specific or preferred timing is to encourage our customers to order in advance so that we can better manage our resources and fulfill all orders promptly.
Can we deliver to CBD/Offices during this period of COVID-19?
Yes, CBD / Offices are allowed!
Replacement of Flowers/Fillers/Foliage during this period of COVID-19 Situation
In the event that a specific type of flower is not available, we will make a substitution of equal or greater value and beauty. If you have any special requests for substitutions, please let us know.
Do we still deliver to hospitals during this period of COVID-19
We understand the worry and stress that our customers might have during this period of COVID-19. Any Day Florist would like to assure all customers that we are still able to provide our service with the same quality and dedication as always. We are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers, and will continue to do so as the situation evolves.
For smoother delivery we recommend that the reciever will collect at ground floor.
What are the delivery time slots?
We offer free delivery from Monday to Sunday, 11am to 9pm.
Should you need the bouquet to be delivered on a specific timing, $15 surcharge do apply.
For peak periods such as Valentine's
Day and Mother's Day there will be no specific timing choice made available.
How much is the delivery fee?
It's free for anytime delivery from 11am-9pm (unable to provide rough ETA)
$15 surcharge apply for any 3 hour window period of delivery (e.g 11am-2pm)
Can I customise a flower bouquet?
You can most certainly customise a flower bouquet!
We have a wide variety of flowers to choose from, and our skilled florists can arrange them in any way you like. If you're not sure what you want, we can even help you come up with a beautiful design.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes! Without a doubt! Please indicate that you want to remain anonymous during the checkout process. We've had recipients call in to ask who sent the bouquet! Please let us know if you do not want us to reveal your identity!
What are the payment methods?
We accept a wide range of payment methods!

Can I change delivery date?
We require a full 24 hour notice because we prepare the conditioning of the flowers during this time in order for the flowers to last longer in a bouquet when delivered to the recipient. If the notice is given to us less than 24 hours before delivery, the customer will be charged an additional 50% of the purchase price to compensate for workman hours and flower costs.
Can I change the delivery time or delivery address urgently?
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at hello@anydayflorist.org and let us know how we can help you if an emergency arises. However, we will not be held liable if the amended requirements are not accepted or fulfilled, as this may affect the deliveries of other customers. Nonetheless, we will do our best to assist!
Do note $15 surcharge will apply if you have selected "Free Delivery" and decided to change location last minute. As the driver would've be out to deliver to your previous location.

How can I recieve my flowers in less than an hour?
In some cases we can deliver the flowers in under an hour. It depends on the flower availability on the day itself
Can I get a same-day flower delivery?
Absolutely! Any Day Florist offers same-day flower delivery for orders placed before 3pm
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
The arrangement in the photo is a guide and may not be exactly what is delivered, but the overall feel will be the same. We always try to use the freshest flowers available so that your recipient can enjoy them for as long as possible.
How can I determine the status of my order?
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation message with a unique order number. You can use this order number to track the status of your order on our website.
Alternatively, you may click on the "Chat with us" bubble on the bottom right of this website and click on "Track my order". Make sure you have logged in.

All refunds due to own mistakes, or change of mind will be charged 2% of total order. 2% is what ShopPay will charge Any Day Florist on every transaction even for refund transactions.
There is strictly no FULL refund of such cases.

How far in advance do I need to book my wedding flowers?
You can book your wedding flowers up to a year in advance, but we recommend booking as soon as you have a date set. This way, we can ensure that we have the perfect blooms for your special day.
Is a consultation required?
We recommend a consultation so that we can understand your style and what you are looking for. We want to make your wedding flowers perfect, so we will take the time to get to know you and what you are envisioning.
How do I book a consultation or contact you for my wedding?
You can book a consultation with us by visiting our website and clicking on the "Book a Consultation" link. From there, you will be prompted to fill out a form with your information. Once we have received your request, one of our team members will reach out to you to schedule a consultation.
Where are you located?
Any day florist is a home based business, we do not have a shop front. This allows us to keep our costs down so that we can pass on the savings to you, the customer.
What should I bring to the consultation?
Its always a great idea to bring along inspiration for your wedding day. this could be anything from pictures you've found online, to swatches of fabric or paint, or even just a general Pinterest board with your vision. This will help us understand exactly what you are looking for and get on the same page.
It is also helpful if you have a general idea of the budget you are working with.
You should also bring an idea of the colors you would like, how many flowers you need, and if you have any allergies. It is also helpful to bring pictures of bouquets you like or have seen that you would like us to replicate.
How can I secure my wedding date?
The best way to secure your wedding date is to contact us as soon as possible. We will put a hold on your date and send you a contract outlining our terms and conditions. A deposit is required to secure the date. The deposit will be applied to your final invoice.
What is your pricing?
It really depends on the size and scope of your wedding. We have a la carte options for bouquets and boutonnieres, as well as package deals that include ceremony and reception decor. Send us an inquiry with all the details and we will be more than happy to provide a custom quote.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes! We understand that every wedding is different, so we offer custom wedding packages. Simply contact us and let us know what you're looking for and we'll put together a package tailored to your needs.
What if I do not know exactly what type of flowers I want for my wedding?
Not to worry! Our experienced professionals will work with you to figure out the perfect type of flowers for your special day. We will take into consideration your wedding theme, color palette, and budget to create a customized proposal just for you.
What if I already know exactly what type of flowers I want for my wedding?
That's great! If you have a specific type of flower or arrangement in mind, our designers will be more than happy to work with you to create the perfect bouquet or decoration for your special day.
What happens after I get my quote?
After you receive your quote, our team will work with you to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we will go over your vision for the event and start designing your dream wedding. After the consultation, we will provide you with a finalized quote and begin working on your event.
What are your delivery, set up and take down fees?
Delivery is included in the cost of the service. Set up and take down fees may apply depending on the size and scope of the event.
Wedding Venues in Sentosa would have a surcharge of $250 Nett.
What if the flowers I want are not in season?
If the flowers you want are not in season, we can work with you to find a similar type of flower that is in season. We want to make sure your wedding day is perfect, so we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Are there any flowers that you do not recommend for a wedding?
I do not think there are any flowers that I do not recommend for a wedding. I would have to see the overall theme and design of the wedding to make a more specific recommendation.
But generally no Chrysanthemums (funeral flowers!)
Who do I need to provide flowers for at my wedding?
The most important people to provide flowers for are the bride and her attendants, the groom and his attendants, the parents of the bride and groom, and the grandparents of the bride and groom. Of course, you can also provide flowers for anyone else you would like to include in your wedding.
Do you provide other services, like pew bows, rentals, runners, and favors?
We do not provide other services like pew bows, rentals, runners, and favors.
What is your deposit policy and how do I pay my deposit?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for your deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total amount due and is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date.
Do you provide flowers for other events besides weddings?
Yes! We provide flowers for all types of events. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, baby shower, or just because, we have you covered!
